Welcome to Solken. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solken Layer 2 platform, token services, website, and related applications (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You may not use the Services if doing so is prohibited in your country under applicable laws.

2. Services Overview

Solken provides Layer 2 infrastructure built on Solana, offering faster and lower-cost transactions. The platform includes wallet integrations, staking, governance, and token usage features.

3. Token Usage

The Solken Token ("SKN") is a utility token designed for use within the Solken ecosystem, including:

Payment of transaction fees on the Layer 2 network
Staking for validation and rewards
Governance voting rights

SKN is not intended as a security or investment and has no intrinsic value outside the Solken platform.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Engage in activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys, wallets, and any credentials related to Solken. Any activity conducted under your access shall be considered your own.

6. Compliance and Restrictions

Solken complies with relevant laws and regulations, including KYC/AML standards where required. Users from restricted jurisdictions may be denied access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate legal or regulatory obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Solken platform, including logos, source code, documentation, and trademarks, is the property of Solken and/or its affiliates. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Solken disclaims all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform. Use of cryptocurrencies and blockchain involves inherent risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solken shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

10. Modifications

Solken reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our platform or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and use SKN tokens may be revoked.
